FULL CATERING
We provide freshly made breakasts, lunches, and dinners that will be cooked and served for you at the accommodation by a professional chef
Over the years I have had the pleasure to work with professional and amateur cycling groups. Especially in the winter month, more groups decided to train in the Costa Blanca.
Fresh air, space, sunshine are almost guaranteed during these months.
Working with professional groups of athletes on sports catering, in general, is different than organizing weddings or cooking for birthday parties. It is not only the question of mixing ingredients to create nice flavor and color. The main objective of this meal is basically to keep your energy levels up. In other words, the right balance between carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, and vitamins as this is the fuel they need for their daily training sessions.
The second objective is to present a nice tasting meal and this, of course, is where I come in.
Thirdly, there is the social aspect. Think about team bonding, discussing the day’s events, and, let’s not forget, just having a laugh.
Underneath you will find an example of the menu. All ideas are welcome. You name it, we cook it, says my website.
Ever met a chef who listens? Well, you are about to.
Warmest regards, Chef Bob.
